Canon printers have simple interfaces and you can easily set up your printers with any device. New Canon printer models also have network connectivity services. You can add the printer to your shared network and then access it from all devices. These are robust printers but still, some users face a 5b00 error while taking printouts.

When the printer is connected, open the Update & Security tab on your PC. Search for the troubleshooter option on the left pane. Go to the troubleshooter tab and click on the Printer option.
